Season Recap
After overcoming the adversity of losing a teammate and captain in the spring of last year, as well as adjusting to the second coaching change in only 2 years, the lady blue jays came away with and impressive and successful season. With an ending season record or 10-6, and a conference record of 5-2, the girls broke into the National rankings, where they stayed for most of the season. The lady jays faced many tough opponents, including 3 other teams in the Middle Atlantic Conference who were also ranked in the top 25 teams in the country. Throughout the season one of the most memorable victories occurred when the team conquered the Messiah College Falcons 1-0. Other memorable victories included a come from behind win over Juniata 4-3, and an 8-1 win over Moravian College during E-town's senior day.
